Clancy & Theys Construction Company was chosen to Slots game onlineprovide Construction Manager at Risk services for the first three (3) buildings of the new Poinciana Campus for Valencia College.
The project consisted of a three-story, 70,000 SF academic building, a single-story, 5,000 SF classroom/trades building, and a central energy plant. The College opted for a chilled beam HVAC system (our second installed) for high energy efficiency.
777 slot machineThe buildings have been constructed of tilt-up concrete wall panels and a standing seam metal roof on a bar joist roof system. The exterior tilt wall panels have thin set brick veneer.
