Overview
Clancy & Theys was 2024 European Cup official betting appchosen to provide construction management at risk services for the first three (3) buildings of the new Poinciana Campus for Valencia College.
The project consisted of a three-story, 70,000 square foot academic building, a single-story, 5,000 square foot classroom/trades building, and a central energy plant. The College opted for a chilled beam HVAC system (our second 2024 European Cup Sports Betting Siteinstalled) for high energy efficiency.
The buildings have been constructed of tilt-up concrete wall panels and a standing seam metal roof on a bar joist roof system. The exterior tilt wall panels have thin set brick veneer.
