Clancy & Theys Construction Company was selected by Capstone Development as 5 dragons slotthe general contractor under an existing Public-Private Partnership (P3) for the new dining hall and wellness center that will be a part of the new student housing complex at the University of South Florida called “The Village”.
For the single-story, 17,000 SF dining hall, we were responsible for the construction of the building shell and building out the core only. Under a separate contract, Aramark free slot gameshas since hired us to construct the interior build-out of this space.
For the two-story, 18,000 SF wellness center, we are responsible for the full construction of the building which consists of training areas, fitness areas, wellness areas, locker rooms, and an outdoor pool.
