The Terraces Project is a 4-story luxury condo hotel with a total of 160 units and 10 different unit styles with balconies. Amenities include 211 parking spaces, pool with private cabanas, poolside 2024 European Cup Sports Betting Sitebar, laundry facility fitness area, Grab & Go market, Lounge/bar, and storage rooms.
Construction will consist of four levels of wood frame that include both dimensional lumber walls and truss component floors and roof.
