Clancy & Theys Construction Company was awarded the multi-phased, $13 million Thacker Avenue Elementary School Comprehensive project free slot machine gamesas the Construction Manager at Risk.
The construction of Phases 1 and 2 consisted of the comprehensive renovation of two (2) existing 18,000 SF classroom buildings, construction of a new 7,000 SF administration building, renovation of the existing administrative building to convert to new classroom space and the renovation of the existing media center building. The new classroom spaces contain state-of-the-art Slots game onlinetechnology upgrades including smart board technology in addition to the newly upgraded interior finishes and completely new mechanical and electrical systems.
Phase 3 consisted of the construction of renovations to Buildings 8 and 9 as well as a new cafeteria.
