Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided a CM at-risk for Raleigh Union Station. Conversion of an existing mid-century industrial building of approximately 24,000 sq ft into a state-of-the-art urban transportation center housing intercity passenger rail facilities, commercial lease space, significant interior and exterior civic spaces and major public infrastructure improvements.
