Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the new three-story, 52,000 SF building on the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) main campus along Memory Mall. The administration is housed on the first floor of the building, along with meeting rooms, faculty offices and four (4) classrooms.  The second floor contains additional offices and nine (9) classrooms.  The third floor consists of eight (8) classrooms. The mechanical system includes a chilled beam system, which is the first of its kind at UCF and one of only two in central Florida.  The chilled beam air conditioning system provides control to competently and quietly cool space-by-space.
