Clancy & Theys conducted Construction Management at The Belmont at Freemason, which is a 417,664 sq ft 239-unit luxury apartment complex with a 500 space parking deck. It was constructed with metal studs and a 2024 European Cup official websiteconcrete slab foundation, with an exterior of brick, EIFS and precast concrete. The project includes an eight-story parking deck, surrounded by one four-story and three seven-story apartment buildings. The apartment buildings are a total of 252,947 sq ft and the parking deck consists of 164,717 sq ft with 426 standard spaces, 63 compact spaces and 11 accessible spaces.

These apartments were the recipient of HRACRE’s 2010 Award of Merit for Best Multi-Family project.
